We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our coffee/Blends and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We do not accept returns on our blends due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection.
We have a 7-day return policy, only:
Damages and issues
1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
2. Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, share the video on our watsapp along the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
